Persian Lime

• Iron, calcium, potassium, and copper can all be found in this fruit.
• When ripe, they have a bright yellow nose, a layer of pith underneath, and a paler yellow segmented interior. 
• The fruit is about 6 cm in diameter, often with slightly pointed ends, usually sold in green, turning yellow at full maturity. 
• It is larger, has a thicker skin, and is less aromatic than key lime. 
•  The aroma is peculiar, and the flesh is green with no seeds.
