Thai Banana

• The Thai banana is a fruit of Thai origin with a particular shape and size.
• It is born in a cluster that can weigh up to 45 kilograms on average with 12 hands of banana. 
• The exterior is green and yellow when it is ripe.  
• They are high in magnesium, potassium, and folate. 
• Thai bananas are used extensively as both a fruit and a vegetable.
• They are a good source of vitamin A and fiber and contain vitamin B6, manganese, riboflavin, niacin, iron, and a small amount of protein.
